ResultSport Stress Balls — AI Image Generation Prompt Pack

Workflow

Two-step principle: AI generates the clean product photo; a human adds text, icons, and badges in Canva / Photoshop. AI-generated text is still unreliable — headlines and USPs are always added in post.

1. Paste the prompt into Gemini (Nano Banana) or ChatGPT (GPT-Image)
2. Download the AI-generated result (suggest generating 4 variants and choosing the best)
3. Apply post-production spec in Canva / Photoshop (typography, colour, icons — see "Post-production" block per slot)
4. Export as 2000×2000 px JPG sRGB · quality 90+
5. QC check (see bottom)
6. Upload to Seller Central → Manage Inventory → Edit → Images

QC Checklist

Recommended AI Generation Workflow

Step 1 — Parallel generation: In Gemini AI Studio open new conversations and paste each Nano Banana prompt, generating 4 variants. In parallel, paste GPT-Image prompts into ChatGPT-5 interface and generate 4 variants. 8 candidate images per slot.

Step 2 — Selection: Pick the single best variant from the 8. Priority: (a) most natural lighting, (b) most accurate product colour, (c) cleanest composition.

Step 3 — Refinement: In Photoshop apply (a) colour correction (red ball must be #C8102E, blue must be #2D6CDF), (b) background purification (Slot 1 must be pure white), (c) high-contrast sharpening.

Step 4 — Post-production: In Canva apply text overlays per the "Post-production" block of each slot.

Step 5 — Export: 2000 × 2000 px JPG sRGB quality 90+, named slot1_hero.jpg etc.

Step 6 — Upload: In Seller Central Manage Inventory edit listing and upload in slot order.
